After personal challenges led him to discover his passion for soul food, he founded Rosco Soul Food, sharing his family’s cherished recipes. Now, through his culinary creations, Billy nourishes both body and spirit, continuing to uplift his community.

Billy’s story is one of resilience and purpose. After facing personal hardships, he found his calling in soul food, reviving beloved family recipes and crafting new ones. His dishes, from mac & cheese to authentic hot-water cornbread, have won the hearts of Detroit and beyond. His journey reflects a commitment to uplifting his community—first through boxing, now through food that feeds the soul.
